1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The request for a refund is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
  • The customer provides proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or used.
  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Minor differences in fabric color due to screen resolution variations.

3. Refund Process

  1. Contact Us – Email or WhatsApp us with your order details and pictures of the issue (if applicable).
  2. Approval – Our team will review your request and notify you of approval or rejection within 3-5 business days.
  3. Return the Product – If approved, return the item to our address (shared upon approval). The return shipping cost is borne by the customer, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
  4. Refund Issuance – Once we receive and inspect the item, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via your original payment method.
